After this window, we are unable to make changes and no refund will be issued for delivery failures due to an incorrect address.

For hygiene and sanitary reasons, items that have been worn or tried on a pet are considered used and cannot be returned. We recommend checking the size chart carefully before purchasing. In some cases, at our discretion, we may offer store credit or a free replacement.

You can return eligible unused items within 15 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unworn, in their original condition and packaging. Items that have been worn or used on a pet cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. See our Return & Refund Policy for complete details.
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@dogs-and-cats.co with clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund, including all return shipping costs.
Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item. Refunds are credited to your original payment method. The time it takes for funds to appear depends on your bank or payment provider.
If tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please first check with your neighbors or building management and contact your local post office to request proof of delivery. If the package still cannot be located, contact us with supporting documentation. Depending on the situation, we may offer store credit or reshipment. Refunds are not issued for orders marked as delivered by the carrier.
